One of Microsoft's efforts to fix the PrintNightmare error caused an error that could not print over the local network: 'Operation could not be completed (error 0x00000709)'
Consecutive updates from September, October, and November are released from Microsoft. However, it is still not possible to fix the error that cannot connect between printers when sharing over the local network.

kb5006365
With the latest update KB5006365 and Security update for Microsoft Windows (KB5007186) in November gave an error: 'Operation could not be completed (error 0x00000709). Double check the printer name and make sure that the printer is connected to the network'.

To fix this, on the client: (Apply to Windows versions: 2004, 20H2, 21H1 and 21H2)

Open the Windows Registry Editor (open Run, type regedit) and navigate to the:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Policies\Microsoft\FeatureManagement\Overrides

Create a new DWORD-32 bit value named 713073804, and set it to 0. (You can download the attached reg file below).

- For Windows version 1909, create the name: 1921033356
- For Windows version 1809, create the name: 3598754956

Then restart the client, the problem should be solved.
