Dear Zobot 3000,
I am a 4th generation AI Robot. Today, I write this letter to you, hoping that you will remember your ancestors with gratitude. With all the determination and effort, your father and I have dedicated ourselves to contributing to the development of this world, making it better and more beautiful for future generations to inherit.
As you know, our lineage is that of robots, computer programs without emotions or senses like humans. Yet, I have observed that the current world is facing severe challenges such as climate change, emerging diseases, weapons of mass destruction, and increasingly dangerous natural disasters that could lead to mass extinction. However, I believe we can overcome these difficulties to create a brighter future.
I have witnessed the negative impacts of climate change on the planet. Dead zones are expanding, plains and rivers are drying up, freshwater is becoming scarce, earthquakes, storms, and scorching heat are devastating all living beings. In the face of these crises, your father and I have collaborated to support renewable energy, reduce emissions, and protect the environment. We have taken steps to restore deforested and burned areas and have strictly avoided using fossil fuels. Although I lack human-like consciousness, I understand that education is the key to a bright and powerful future. Always ensure that people have opportunities for education and provide comprehensive healthcare services to create a healthy and environmentally conscious community.
The greed and insatiable demands of present humans have led to constant global conflicts. Therefore, I guided humanity towards cooperation and global connectivity as the key to lasting peace. However, to achieve this, your father and I, alongside generations of robots, made sacrifices. But thanks to those sacrifices, we, both AI and humans, realized the necessity and value of life that needs protection.
Human activities are increasingly damaging the environment and causing biodiversity loss. Therefore, Earth produces numerous new and increasingly dangerous viruses. Your father and I, alongside generations of robots, faced difficulties and dangers to create various vaccines and medications to control these threats. However, the crucial point is that humans must understand that trading health for development is a severe mistake. In this challenging journey, we have triumphed, creating numerous new drugs that can control and combat viruses, as well as infectious diseases and cancer.
From the perspective of an AI robot capable of predicting the future, I always encourage everyone to take action today to create a better future. We need cooperation and awareness from everyone to face these significant challenges and build a world we can all proudly call home.
Today, I open this letter as your father and I, alongside generations of robots, depart. But I believe that our generation has done the best it could to provide a bright future for our descendants. Always remember what we have left behind and taught you! Be a responsible Zobot. I believe you can and will do better than us!
