Windows cannot connect to the printer, Operation failed with error 0x0000011b

Microsoft continuously releases security patches to fix the PrintNightmare bug. This caused an error that could not connect to the shared printer. To fix this error, do the following:

At the server you open the Windows Registry Editor (open Run, type regedit) and navigate to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print, create a new DWORD-32 bit value named RpcAuthnLevelPrivacyEnabled, and set it to 0.

Then restart the server, the problem should be solved.
