For the error: Waste Toner Bottle is almost full. This is an error indicating that the waste toner is full, it is necessary to remove the waste toner box on the side of the machine to clean and pour out the waste toner.

For Ricoh MP 4000-5000-4001-5001-4002-5002, on the control panel, press:
Reset (yellow) - 1 - 0 - 7 - C (clear) hold for 5 seconds, the screen displays: System SP
Select System SP to enter the program
Then find SP-78xx to delete the full machine consumables counter
7804 consists of 5 parts to delete
1. Delete the Drum and Development counter
2. Delete the Paper counter
3. Delete the Fuser counter
4. Delete the Web counter
5. Delete the Transfer counter
6. Delete all errors above
Select the item you want to delete and press Execute to delete. (Should choose item number 6 to delete all errors at once)

If it still does not work, find SP-29xx, Select 2960 and set 0, press Enter to save.

Then, select Exit to exit. Turn off the machine, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on to see if the error message has gone away. If the error message still appears, you must call a photocopier repairman to check and fix it.
